The Bund area, which has been under reconstruction for two years, will open to the public on March 28, city officials announced on March 2. The Fairmont Peace Hotel is also due to reopen on the same day after three years’ restoration. The daily standard room price will be around US$300.

PASSENGERS can call “96990” to check the timetable of flights at the city’s two airports, Hongqiao and Pudong (Chinese and English). You can also send text messages of the flight numbers to “021-2333-0999” to get the flight information. The cost is 0.1 yuan for each message.
